


The apartment is situated on a quiet residential avenue in the islands second main town, Holetown. This is on the Caribbean Platinum West Coast. The apartment is just five minutes walk from the nearest beach. Within a short walking distance are the numerous quality restaurants and plush hotels including the exclusive Sandy Lane Hotel. Also, ideally situated for shopping, the local shopping centre with supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment is single storey, one of four in a row. At the entrance to the apartment is a covered patio area with dining table and chairs. Louvre doors lead into to the large living room. The living room is equipped with a stereo (with lead to plug in an iPod) plus sofa and armchair . There is a large fridge freezer located here . Just off of this is a small but well equipped and functional kitchen (full size cooker, microwave,washing machine, etc). The apartment has one air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower at the back. There is also a door leading out into the back garden.
There is a communal swimming pool available to use which is located beachside at The Beach House Restaurant 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
